Data and how it is used
Saved cars, tariffs, charging history and preferences are stored locally. Configured vehicle, tariff and fuel-price update services can make network requests; those servers receive connection information such as your IP address. External links share standard browser request information with the visited website.
Retention, deletion and permissions
Delete records with the app’s available controls, or delete the app (not just offload it) to remove local storage. Separately remove exported files and device or cloud backups you control. Revoking a permission in device Settings stops future access but does not delete existing records. Email Gouvea Labs to request deletion of support correspondence.
Support correspondence
When you email Gouvea Labs, your address and the information you include are used to respond. Email is processed by our email service provider. Visit the contact page to request access or deletion; correspondence may be retained to resolve your request or meet legal obligations.
