Questions? Start here.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Core features work on your device without an internet connection. Store and email links need a connection.
How do I get help?
Email the app version, device model, iOS version and steps that led to the problem. Remove private information from screenshots.
How do I remove my data?
Delete records with the app’s available controls, or delete the app (not just offload it) to remove local storage. Separately remove exported files and device or cloud backups you control. Revoking a permission in device Settings stops future access but does not delete existing records. Email Gouvea Labs to request deletion of support correspondence.
What does a backup contain?
In version 1.1.0, JSON backups include saved portals, journey drafts and history, calculation history and brewing favourites. Preferences and temporary brewing checklists are excluded. Keep backups private and remove exported copies separately.
Good to know
Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Routes provide coordinate guidance, not terrain navigation or guaranteed portal links. Brewing references target vanilla Minecraft 1.21. Use the app responsibly and verify important information before acting. Estimates and third-party data may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. See Terms for use, risk and liability information; your statutory rights are unaffected. Pricing may change at any time for future purchases. Check the applicable price shown in the store before buying; a later price change does not change a purchase already completed.
