Data and how it is used
Bluetooth advertisements and signal readings are processed on device and held in memory during scanning. Favourites and preferences are local. Bluetooth permission is required. The release app has no accounts, ads, analytics or backend and sends no scan data. Optional feedback does not record audio.
Retention, deletion and permissions
Delete records with the app’s available controls, or delete the app (not just offload it) to remove local storage. Separately remove exported files and device or cloud backups you control. Revoking a permission in device Settings stops future access but does not delete existing records. Email Gouvea Labs to request deletion of support correspondence.
Support correspondence
When you email Gouvea Labs, your address and the information you include are used to respond. Email is processed by our email service provider. Visit the contact page to request access or deletion; correspondence may be retained to resolve your request or meet legal obligations.
