Yes. Core features work on your device without an internet connection. Store and email links need a connection.

How do I remove my data?
Delete records with the app’s available controls, or delete the app (not just offload it) to remove local storage. Separately remove exported files and device or cloud backups you control. Revoking a permission in device Settings stops future access but does not delete existing records. Email Gouvea Labs to request deletion of support correspondence.
